Hi!
This is so strange but im so tired of reader getting jealous of Ada.. what about reader being so confident in their relationship she just looks at Ada and her only remark is “cute dress. Where did you get it? Forever 21?”.
And man… LEON EATS THAT SHIT UP AND GETS SO!!!!!
just a quick disclaimer!! I love ada and me making it lil attitude and stuff doesn’t mean i hate herrr, loved this idea!!
It’s short and simple! But it was fun to write<3
Leon was beyond tired, his arms growing sore and his chest growing tight due to the fact that he still couldn’t find Ashley. His shoulder pushed the door in, a little cool air from the open window smacking him in the face causing him to hum as he walked to the back of the room, groaning at the sight of another puzzle piece of a door. He went to turn around but was rudely interrupted by the sound of a gun clicking.
“You can stop right there, Leon.”
Ada wong. Though she was beautiful, Leon’s anger towards her grew after finding out to much. Yet he willingly threw his gun to the ground, the noise being heard all the way from the hallway. Your ear was pressed against the thin wall of the room, your pistol in hand as you listened to the two bicker at each other before hearing the sound of Leon groaning and another gun dropping.
Ada had Leon’s knife in her hand, pressed at his throat with her sly little smirk. They must’ve not heard as you walked in the room, pulling at the safety of your gun, pointing it at the two.
Both of their eyes shooting to you. Leon didn’t know you’ve been following him, all the small things you’ve done to keep him and Ashley safe. Chris doesn’t know you left either, leaving a letter on his desk mentioning that you needed at least a week of vacation time.
A soft smile grew on your face as you tilted your head at the two, shooting the wood between the two allowing Ada to let go of your boyfriend.
“Ada, how have you been?”
Your voice was sarcastic as you kicked her gun further across the room, grabbing the knife from her hand and handing it back to Leon. Ada’s eyes rolled as she looked at you, then at her nails.
“Just surviving..”
Ada spoke as she looked you up and down, shrugging then looking at Leon.
“Wow Leon, you really did score didn’t you?”
You couldn’t help but laugh as you gripped at your gun harder, Leon now standing in full beside you.
“You look amazing, Ada. Still wearing that forever 21 outfit, no?”
Ada put her hands up, staring at you two in silence. Mentioning how you could just leave Ashley, then winking at Leon letting him know that he could definitely receive a better welcoming the next time she saw him before she walked out the wooden door.
Your gun rested down at your hip, pushing it into your holster before feeling Leon’s gaze on your neck, you turned to him, your hands reaching up to fix the belts across his chest.
“I knew I saw you, at the church.”
Leon spoke as he stared down at you, reaching to hold the back of your head before he kissed your forehead softly. He then groaned, reaching down tugging at his pants, making you stand back, laughing as your jaw slacked open.
“Leon Kennedy did me saving your life turn you on?”
You gasped as you reached to push in the finished puzzle of the door, Leon’s face growing red as he reached down, his hand smacking at your ass. You yelped swatting his hand away.
“We have things to take care of, Mr. Kennedy, let’s go find the presidents daughter, yes?”

Heat, it’s all he was feeling. Heat and want.
Leon didn’t understand what was happening to him, why he was feeling like this, why he wanted you so badly.
He had to push down, he couldn’t focus on that! He can’t shouldn’t be focusing on wanting to fuck you.Gritting his teeth he ran a shaky hand through his hair. He didn’t know what the fuck he got injected with but right now his priorities was to find Ashley and make sure that you stay safe in the process.
And of course she had to show up, Leon knew how much Ada pushed your buttons. She knew his feelings for you despite him never telling you.
“It would be so easy Leon, to just give in to your desires…I don’t think she’ll complain.”
Leon wanted to say something, he tried to open his mouth but that scuffle had riled him up. He could feel his pulse pounding under his skin, his heart racing.
Working his jaw Leon did his best to focus on what Ada saying but then you stepped closer, your hand placing its self on his forearm. He wanted to shrug you off. The rational part in his brain begging him to push you away. It was coming to a point where he couldn’t even hear your voices anymore.
“Why the hell are you here.”It’s not like you hated the woman per say, you knew the shit she did yet that wasn’t the reason why you held so much hate for her, you hated how much she flirted with Leon. That he seemed to hold something for her. You hated how jealous you felt but you knew you could never admit it out loud. What was the point in admitting your feelings only to be turned down.
Ignoring your question, Ada tipped her head to the side watching the man stumble towards the table. His nails digging into the wood, chest heaving. She wondered if this might be the push you both needed. She was honestly getting tired of watching you both dance around each others feelings.
“You should take care of our dear Boy Scout. Don’t think he’ll last much longer.”
Turning away from Ada you gasped seeing Leon hunched across the table, he didn’t look good and at the moment you could careless Ada being gone.
“Leon! Shit you’re burning up.” Pressing your hand to his head you tried to think what might be wrong.
God why did you have to stand so close to him, why did you have to smell so good. Squeezing his eyes shut he tried to drown out your voice, tried to tell you to leave but nothing game out but a strangled groan, he could feel his blood rushing south. Something he did not want to happen.
“Don’t tell me you’re all worked up about her Leon.God I don’t understand why you’d even having feelings for that woman.”
Pushing away from the table he took a few steps away from you nearly tripping. He wanted, wanted you badly and he was scared what might happen if he’d act on his impulse.
“Really Y/n…you think I have feelings for her? Christ you’re smart but I didn’t think you’d be blind. How can’t you see that.” Gritting his teeth he snapped his neck towards you. “You don’t see they I have feelings for you?”
“What?” You we’re so quite he wasn’t sure how he picked it up and right now he didn’t care, he never meant for the words to spill past his lip this. He hated how desperate he sounded.
A small rumble escaped his lips, he didn’t know what made him snap. Maybe it was the pent up feelings or how you were looking at him but he wanted you, he wanted you now and the next thing you knew your body was being pinned to the small table. Leon’s hands on your hips. You tried not to shudder feeling his hardness pressing into you. His lips finding yours, you did your best to return the kiss until he broke it.
His face hiding against your neck, his fingers skimming your bare skin as they slid under the shirt you were wearing. “Please…please you need to leave.I can’t stand the thought of hurting you.”
Sinking your teeth in your lip you let your fingers run down the back of his neck. “Then take me Leon…please…I want this.”
Your voice, your pleading as your legs wrapped around his hips. Your clothes coming off happened bast, to fast in his mind. His hand cupping your breasts, sliding down your hips to your center.
This was his, for his eyes lonely and once he was out of this hellhole he was going to take you right, treat you like a Queen but right now he wants you and he’ll make sure you’d be screaming out his name.
A small whimper escaped your through as he pushed a finger in your warmth, your juices coating his fingers. He couldn’t wait to be within you, to feel you envelope his cock.
“Don’t hold back Leon. Please I want to feel all of you.”
Leon did his best to not to hurt you, his nails digging into your curves as he drew you closer. Your body nearly sliding off the table as he sheathed himself into your warmth. The table groaning underneath you as he continued to thrusts, his hands guiding your hips. You did your best to match Leon’s movements. One hand moving down where you both were joined as he pressed his thumb to your clit.
A cry leaving your lips, your breasts bouncing with head of his hard thrusts. His lips capturing your own as his tongue swirled against your own, your cry’s muffled.
The familiar feeling building in your stomach as your legs tightened around his hips. Your fingers weaving through his freed hand, Leon squeezing it gently. The only sound in the room were the ones of your love making, moans spilling past your lips. Begging for more, a deep chuckle escaping Leons chest as he slowed his pace. His mind clearing of the fog, teasing you.
The tip of his cock brushing your clit as he nuzzled your neck as he moved his hand back to your hips.
“Say my name.”
“Leon…please. Don’t stop.”
Your body tensing as he pushed his cock back into your pussy.
“So good, you feel so good.”
Your first climax hits you the moment Leon pulled out his member. The tip barley grazing your walls. Your teeth sinking into your bottom lip. Your body quivering, chest heaving as your arousal dripped down your thighs and on the table below you, waves of pleasure shooting through your body as he thrusted back into you.
“More.”
Picking up the pace, Leon hitched your leg higher on his hips, the new angle making you cry out his name. Your scream echoing the once silent room as pleasure rolls through you.
Then you scream, your throat raw as he continue to thrust. His breaths coming in harsh, burning pants against your cheeks as he continues to fuck you, his hips snapping against yours as his name continued to slip past your lips over and over.
Your head swimming with dazed pleasure, consuming desire. Your blood pounding in your ears as as the table creaked with each force of his thrusts.Another climax building, a feral growl escaping Leon’s throat as you felt the base of his cock start to swell.
“Yes!”You could feel yourself getting closer to the edge, feel the pleasure building within you as his thrusts started to become more sloppy.
“Y/n.”He groans out your name, rutting faster, deeper, his thrusts becoming more desperate and with one last, power thrust he slams his shaft within you. Your nails digging into his shoulder as you sobbed out his name.
Leon comes, burying his face in your neck, a shuddering groan of pleasure escaping his lips, his chest pressed against yours. You could feel his heart pounding as your lips found his, your body still shaking with pleasure as he fills you with his seed. You kiss him, slowly, careful as he throbs within you.
His mind free from the fog, everything finally clear as his body finally relaxes.Your fingers now stroking his cheek as he lent against your hand finally coming down from the high.
“I’m sorry…this wasn’t exactly how I wanted our first time to happen but.”
Chucking weakly you ran your feelings through Leon’s hair, the man melting into your touch. Of course the man would revert into his caring self. “Leon. You don’t have to apologize, I mean it’s not the most romantic place but I’m not complaining.” Placing a kiss you his cheek you then gave him a teasing smile. “But next time you want to fuck me, pick a place that’s more comfortable.” You teased.
Snorting Leon captured your lips in for one last kiss before he finally pulled out from your warmth.Watching the cum slipping out of your warmth was stirring something with him, forcing himself to look away he cleared out his throat tugging his pants back up. “Sorry for…tossing your clothes away.”
Blinking, you narrowed your eyes, a smile forming on your lips as you started to put your clothes back on. “How’s that fair that I’m the only one that got naked.”
Once you were finally dressed Leon placed his hands on your hips. “I promise…next time we’ll both be naked.”
“Hmm and I’ll be comfortable.”
Placing his fingers under your chin he forced you to look at him. “You’ll be very comfortable.”
Grinning you gave him another kiss before pulling away. “Good, now before we go and you know rescue Ashley again. How are you feeling?.”
Closing his eyes, Leon clutched your hips. He hummed. “A lot better actually, I love you. I should have said that in the beginning.”
“I love you too Leon.”

Prompt: what's so hard between picking a woman who intends to stay and have future with you to a woman who just ends up lying and leaving you everytime? Reader is certainly not the type of person to be anxious of a woman. As she is better her.
English is not my first language and have mercy on ny broke grammar. I just needed to vent my jealousy.
----
"He's gonna choose her…"
Y/n felt her brow twitch from the statement that echoed through her earpiece. She turned towards the across her, in another glass containing the very woman her fiance can't seem to ever let go of.
Ada Wong was a past fling, if one could even call her that for the number of times he always coincidentally met her, that he can not seem to forget even when he was about to have a new future with Y/n. And at first, she understood and intended to work harder for their future, and just maybe it will encourage her.
But here she was. Long story short, Leon and Y/n were tasked to find and bring to custody a mad scientist that was currently working on a rather strong strain of the G-virus. And due to circumstances, Y/n was abducted.
Ada ended up in the class container due to helping Leon escape on one route. It was heartbreaking to find the man who is supposed to be your soon to be husband, find a certain difficulty on who to save. To a point that he forgets why you are ranked higher than him and have more experience, and have easily put down this woman in red to the ground.
"Who is going to be Mr. Kennedy?!!" The scientist cackled loudly as the said gripped his pistol towards the mad man as he stood before two buttons. Where it is pointed to each of the boxes of the woman he is to choose to save.
He can only choose one as if he were to choose both, the scientist would press the control on his hand to kill both women.
It angered Y/n. It angers her that this situation and his obsession with a woman who always leaves him for more, is someone he can not let go of. He could barely even realize the disappointment on his fiances face.
"Captain L/n, this is taking too long enough, this mission will fail if we–"
"Shoot him." Y/n cut off the person on com as here eyes switch back and forth between Ada and Leon.
"Shoot scientist." She said rather loudly.
An action that took everyone in the room by surprise. Leon finally focused towards her but with confusion, the DSO needed the man alive. Why would he shoot the guy dead. "The DSO needs him alive Y/n you know we can not just do that,"
He spat, his eyes looking back at her. She finally looked at her, a sour taste hit his tongue and his chest churned at her stare. Her eyes were blank and devoid of spark. It was as if she was disappointed rather than scared.
"Shoot him. Now." She said once more.
A wail soon echoed in the room and the door burst open to the lab they were in dropped to the floor. Leon turned to meet soldiers, back up. He turned to the terrace that the scientist stood, he found the guy was now being hold down, the remote away from him.
"We'll take it from here, Agent." A soldier said to him with a rather distasteful tone and the sound of chains lowering was heard. Leon saw the boxes were now lowered and sood both women out.
Ada was confused as no soldier was immediately to grab her. But her eyes directed her towards their savior.
Y/n was surrounded by soldiers that began giving her a bunch of gears. She walked between her fiance and the other woman. Or in Y/n's mind, the only woman that Leon Kennedy could ever love.
Shame was etched on the male's face but Y/n paid no mind.
The woman tossed something to Ada, who in turn caught it messily. It was her trusty grapple gun she always use to get away from Leon.
"Since you like playing chase, I guess you need that. Since you were quite an asset to get the madman, I'll give you an ultimatum Miss Wong. You can leave now and leave your chat with Agent Kennedy for another time…"
Leon frowned at how cold his last name escaped Y/n lips. Considering it was the supposed last name she was intending to carry.
"... Or you can stay here and get to chat with him before I pulverize you to the ground myself. We've fought before, I can assure you that those were not my 100% because I was intending to keep your face pretty since my ex-fiance likes it so much."
There is an animalistic glint in Y/ns eyes. One that made Ada took a step back as the woman loomed over her, surrounded by armed men, out numbering her. So he grappled aways but not before sparing Leon a quick gaze.
One that Y/n didn't not miss.
She then turns to the male.
Leon failed to form words and had kept his mouth shut. He attempted to walk to her but something told him not to.
"Escort Mr. Kennedy back to the chopper. He is no longer fit carry on the mission."
And she turns her back with him watching.

My Baby, You’re All Mine|| Claire Redfield
Warnings: College!AU, usage of drugs/alcohol, maybe ooc Claire (I’m still getting used to her character shut up), masc!r also low key simp R but whatever
WC: 900
Notes: The fandom may love Leon Kennedy, but you Claire Redfield, shall be mine 🫶🏾
The frat house was busy. As Claire pulled you closer to the almost mansion, the urge to leave was overwhelming. People were outside, puffs of smoke leaving their lips as they took a drag of whatever they were smoking or drinking from their cups or bottle in their hands.
Not your scenery. And Claire knew that.
As you both walked up the steps, Claire turned to see the grimace on your face and pulled you both to a stop.
”You upset with me, baby?” She asked, a slight frown on her lips.
”No,” you answered quickly. Even if you were upset with her, the feeling would never linger. “But, why did I have to come? This is your friend’s party.”
Claire had to stop herself from rolling her eyes at you. “Because, I want you here. And you know some people here— Leon and Ada. I’m sure Chris is around here somewhere.”
“Wow, your brother, your best friend and his girlfriend,” you said sarcastically, earning a pinch from Claire. As much as you loved those three, you weren’t in a socializing mood. Claire must’ve sensed that.
She tossed her arms over your shoulders and you immediately went to pull her in by her red jacket. “How about this; we stay for an hour—“
”Ten minutes.”
”Fourty, and I’m completely yours for the weekend,” she compromised. “Finals are kicking my ass, baby. Let’s just chill for a bit. Please?” She added, knowing it was hard for you to say no.
You sighed at Claire’s growing smile, both knowing she already won. “Your time’s starting now.”
A giggle came from her as she finally let you both in the house. The music was louder, but thankfully not deafening. From the corner of your eyes, you could see one of the few friends that you didn’t share with Claire by the stairs.
Maybe this party wouldn’t be completely bad.
”Go get a drink,” Claire said, already taking a few steps away from you. “I’ll come find you later, alright?”
”Mhm.”
You passed by your friend before you made your way into the kitchen, making yourself a drink like Claire said. Even over the music, you could hear a person making their way to you.
”I’ve never seen you here before.”
The person looked vaguely familiar. From your film class, maybe? You didn’t care to remember.
”I don’t usually come to parties,” was all you said, trying to cut the conversation short.
She didn’t seem to get the message. “I know— we share a few classes together. You don’t really talk in there either. I’m Eva.”
“Nice to meet you,” was all you said before you tried to walk off.
Emily seemed to follow after you. “Y’know, I’m glad that you are here. I’ve been wanting to see your pretty face outside of class.”
Oh. Ew. You paused in your steps to turn to her. “Right, I should probably get back to my girlfriend.”
”What, Claire won’t let you have any friends?” She teased. “I won’t hold you for long. Promise.”
You didn’t answer at first, looking at your phone to check the time. Giving her five minutes probably wouldn’t hurt. It would probably make the time go by faster.
That was probably a mistake, seeing how she immediately talked your ear off once you stopped walking away from her.
You tuned out the girl’s voice, taking a long sip as you scanned through the people around you. You lost sight of your friend when— Emma?— started to talk to you. But as you started to look for them again, a pair of baby blue eyes made you freeze.
Claire, sitting on a couch, looked less than pleased with what she was seeing. Even from your spot, you could tell her jaw was clenched in irritation. Leon and Ada were sitting next to her but you didn’t pay them any mind. You could see Claire raising her hand to you, you thinking she was only going to wave but a different action followed.
Her finger curled, beckoning you over to her.
Mindlessly placing your almost empty cup on the table next to you and, albeit rudely, cutting off the still rambling girl, you followed her command.
“Hey, baby,” she said once you were close. Claire pulled you down to the open seat next to her and threw her legs over your own once you were settled. “Making friends, hm?”
”Not willingly,” you answered, kissing her pink painted lips; you could taste the alcohol she was drinking and reached for her cup to take a sip of your own. “She was mostly talking to herself.”
Claire only hummed before looking to where you were previously standing; the girl was still staring you both down, possibly debating if she should bother you again. Claire pressed her lips against your cheek, the one that was facing the girl; a stain of her lipstick was left over as evidence.
”Can we leave now?” You asked, once she was finished marking you up.
Claire smiled. “Last I checked, I still have ten minutes. But, you can stay right here until I’m ready to go.”
You could only groan as Claire leaned over you to start another conversation with Leon. You weren’t completely ignored by the brunette, a thumb rubbing comfortably circles on your neck.
You did not like parties, that was true. But, you did like Claire. You could learn to like things because of her.

Between the Bones (Leon x GN! Reader) - Chapter 5
Leon has a day filled with revelations.
(Cross-posted from Ao3)
Previous Chapter | Next Chapter
Chapter Index
The training was catching up to him.
Every day was harder than the last, every lesson delivered with the weight of hard truths. Leon’s body ached, and his mind . . . well, at least he had something else to focus on than the past.
It was easier when he was with you.
Both of you had seen a lot of each other over the last week, and not only because the two of you continued to train together most nights during off hours. Krauser had you come back to fight his squad again, and to no one’s surprise, you’d wiped the floor with all of them. Leon hadn’t lasted long against you, but you’d pulled him aside later and told him that he was faster than last time. Those little compliments were rare from you, but each time Leon received one, it was a balm to the long days of painful training. It wasn’t much, but he would take what little comfort he could get where he could find it. He never imagined he would find any of that comfort from you, the soldier who seemed unstoppable and cruel when he first met you.
He owed many of the bruises that covered his skin to you, but he owed you the victories he had managed to find against his fellow recruits as well. He owed you the little moments where he was sure that, despite not choosing this life, he was at least moving in the right direction with it.
He’d come to like you, despite your reserved demeanor. You didn’t need to be a summer friend he could share drinks and laughs with - however much he would appreciate that. Knowing that you were trying to help him was enough, however distant you could be.
It reminded him of . . . well, he didn’t like to think of who it reminded him of.
You and Ada were worlds apart, after all, and he wanted to keep it that way in his head. You weren’t some mysterious woman whose every emotion was kept hidden or turned into a weapon. You were stoic, yes, but you so often telegraphed how you were feeling without meaning to. He’d seen it when he would get just a little too close with a knife move, or when your comrades would say something across the lunch tables, and you’d roll your eyes. He saw it now, as he dragged his sore body towards the training yard, grateful for the evening sun being gentle with him after the long day he’d had.
He knew not to expect such gentleness in sparring with you.
You were waiting for him as you always were, spinning a knife in either hand, your eyes downcast until you heard his footsteps. You looked like you were listening to the bunkhouse radio, playing loud through the walls like it always did at this hour. Leon couldn’t tell if the displeased look on your face was because of the music or something else.
“Not a bluegrass fan?” he asked as he approached, and you just shrugged.
He could tell that you were just as tired as he was. Your eyes looked a little distant, and there were more than a few new bruises forming along your arms. The two of you were in a similar state, then.
“After a week of it, I just wish he'd pick a different radio station,” you said.
You were serious, Leon was sure of that, but that didn’t make it any less funny to him. He cracked a little smile. “So, what kind of music would you pick?”
The answer he got was a look of impatience. Ah well. He didn’t expect small talk, but he would try sometimes, anyway.
And just like that, the two of you fell into step. Knives moving against each other, hands rushing to block or usher the promise of death along its way. It was so different from fighting the undead of Raccoon City. He hadn’t dared to touch them, unless there was no other choice. Even when he’d gotten into the guts of the city and faced worse and worse abominations, he had never felt like there was any give and take to their exchanges. It was all a desperate scramble for survival on his part. With this . . .
Gravity seemed to falter as Leon realized you’d kicked one of his legs out from under him. He hit the ground hard, and only realized that you’d taken his knife from him when he went to counter your finishing move.
You stopped just short of his throat, but disappointment sunk into his flesh all the same. He’d gotten distracted. It wasn’t the first time, and that only made it worse.
He took the hand you offered, but avoided your eyes as you helped him up. It didn’t stop him from feeling them on him all the while.
Another exchange went by too quickly, and his mind felt like it was two steps behind. You moved in close and all he could think was get back get back get back get back and then he was met with steel against his belly.
He’d been getting better. You’d said so. He’d felt it. Why was this so difficult now?
By the look in your eye, Leon could tell that you were asking yourself the same thing.
“You didn’t train with knives before this, did you?” The question was just another blow to a pride that was already face down in the dirt. The only saving grace was that there was no judgment in your voice. You simply wanted to know. Even so, Leon frowned, finally looking back up at you as he shook his head.
“No.”
You didn’t seem surprised. “But you’ve been in fights with them before, haven’t you?” It wasn’t so much a question as an observation, and it took Leon aback. It was an odd assumption to make, especially considering you and he had spoken little of your pasts. In fact, you’d never asked about his past at all, until now.
And you sounded so sure of yourself. So certain that you knew what he’d been up against. No one knew. At least, no one beyond the Commanding Officers and the shadowy government agents that had overseen his recruitment. Once he’d arrived here, well, he had already been the odd one out, a cop in a squad of trained army soldiers. He didn’t want the attention of his past any more than he’d wanted to be forced into STRATCOM in the first place.
So, as you looked at him like you knew all the answers, Leon felt himself get a little angry.
“Not against knives, no.” It was more than he meant to give away, and as soon as he spoke it, he wanted to grab the words out of the air and bury them out back where no one would find them. He could only hope that you wouldn’t dig deeper.
And even if you didn’t ask, he could feel you pulling him apart and peering into him. It was something he hadn’t seen from you yet, he’d grown so used to the fire and ice of your fighting, but this? You looked at him like you understood, and it was comforting and terrifying all at once.
“Okay.” It was all you said before you held out your hand to him, palm towards the now darkening sky. You were asking for his knife, he realized.
“I can keep going-” he insisted, and you shook your head.
“We’re not done. I just want to try something different.” Soft wasn’t the right word for the way your voice sounded, then, but it was close. Closer than Leon ever thought to hear from you.
Maybe that was why he handed you the knife and felt some of his anger ebb away. You were trying to help him, he had to remember that.
You slid your own knife into your back pocket, and Leon almost regretted that trust he’d placed in you. Then, you reached for his hand, guiding him with a touch that was too careful for someone with perpetually bruised knuckles. You placed his own hand over yours - over the one that now held his knife. Leon could only look at you in confusion.
“What are-”
“You have to get used to being up close,” you said, “so I’m not going to give you anywhere else to be. I’ll go for you, and you redirect or block. Just don’t move your hand off of me.”
That confusion didn’t leave Leon’s face, but you didn’t budge.
“I’ll start slow, and we’ll go from there.”
And then you moved and gone was the striking speed he’d grown so familiar with. The knife came at his midsection in a stab, and with it moving so slow, Leon had more than enough time to step to the side, sliding his hand across your wrist to set up for a block. He looked up at you, seeking some confirmation that he was doing what you had in mind. You nodded, and then turned the blocked strike up and across, trying for a slash at his free arm.
It wasn’t a fight, not really. Even as you picked up the pace, even as you instructed him to add his other arm, or when you switched the knife to your other hand, Leon never felt that anxiety build in the back of his mind. All his focus was on you and the way you moved. You reminded him of water, each blocked strike flowing seamlessly into the next. And your face . . . he’d never seen you look so peaceful. Determined, yes, but peaceful.
The way you moved, the tranquil focus in your eyes, the slight smile that curved your mouth when you would switch up a move and Leon had to adjust to counter . . . it wasn’t the first time in the last few days that he’d thought of you as beautiful, but it was the most staggering.
He had to snap himself back into the moment in front of him when he saw the knife coming at his chest, still slower than your usual pace. Still, the sight was enough for him to know he had to move.
Your eyes and his both widened as he caged your arm against himself, twisting it a bit and moving his hand to the knife you held. When he wrenched the weapon free and brought it to your neck, you looked genuinely surprised. Then, Leon swore, that expression turned to pride. “There you go,” you breathed, and Leon released you with a smile.
Handing the knife back to you, Leon found that the fatigue he’d felt when you began was gone, along with the shadows in his head.
“Don’t look too proud,” you huffed, and Leon could tell by the lightness of your eyes that your annoyance was an act. Mostly. “Once you can do that at full speed-” you stopped, and Leon wasn’t sure what had caught your attention at first.
Then, he heard it.
Whoever it was in that bunkhouse listening to the radio had finally changed the station. Bluegrass was gone, replaced by the sound of a synth beat and a woman singing. A few women, Leon realized as his brows knit together.
“All I want from you is a promise you will be there-”
It was the sort of pop music Leon had heard a lot of in high school, or what his ex would put on when she was driving. Not at all what he would expect to hear on an army base. Not at all the sort of music he would imagine would make your eyes light up.
Leon only got a moment to wonder why the hell you looked happy to hear the Spice Girls come on the radio when the station was changed once more. When he saw the disappointment that followed your joy, he very seriously considered going and asking whatever officer was manning the radio to switch it back. The rock that Leon grew up listening to followed, but he didn’t much care.
“Not what I thought your music tastes would be.” He couldn’t stop himself from making the comment, thinking it was going to catch you off guard. He should have known better by now, he supposed.
“Why not? The Spice Girls kick ass.”
He wanted to laugh, but he held back because this was the first thing he’d learned about you that didn’t involve weapons or methods of killing people. And what a fact to know about the soldier that had been swinging knives at him day after day. So, he just held up his hands in surrender. “I guess you’d know better than I would.”
“You a rock kind of guy, then?” you asked, and Leon could hardly believe he was having this conversation with you.
“I like it, yeah.”
Your eyes narrowed, like you were reading the fine print across him. “Green Day? Or Nirvana?”
“Green Day,” he answered, not sure how he should feel that you’d been able to guess that about him.
You nodded. “They’re good, I’ll give you that.”
Leon had never been to Vegas, but he imagined this is what people there felt like when they hit a winning streak. The odds weren’t in their favor, but they had won this much. Why not press their luck and try for a bit more? “Better than the Spice Girls,” he said with a grin.
He was a little too pleased when you glared back at him. “We can go back to regular sparring, you know-”
“Alright, understood.”
He might have imagined it, but Leon could have sworn you grinned, then. “Come on. We’ve still got some time,” you said, spinning the knife in your hand before holding it out in a closed fist. Still, even if it was back to all business, your eyes were brighter than they were when you began.
For his part, Leon was glad to see you in a better mood, however confused he was by it. Curiosity had gotten him into trouble before, but he felt safer asking one final question of you before you began again. “So,” Leon asked as he put his hand over yours again, knees bending as he got into a ready stance. “Why the Spice Girls?”
Your mouth twitched, and it took you a moment to answer. Like you yourself were recalling the reason.
“Because sometimes you need some stupid music that just makes you happy.”
It wasn’t the answer he expected from you, but so little of your interactions with him today had been what he expected. You, in many ways, weren’t what he expected. Every day that was becoming more and more apparent. That was perhaps what had brought about the association with Ada. She had been a mystery to him, right until the very end. He would never get the chance to really understand her, now.
He didn’t want that to be the case with you.
“Hey, can I ask you something?” he began, once the two of you were done for the night, right before you had to head back to your respective barracks.
“Didn’t you just?”
“Did you just tell a joke?” Leon asked, not really believing it. You must have been in a good mood. He hoped he wasn’t about to ruin it.
“It’s been known to happen.”
“Could’ve fooled me.”
“Don’t push it,” you warned, and Leon got the feeling it was light-hearted. “What’s your question?”
He had so many, but it was almost time for lights out and you didn’t seem to enjoy talking about yourself. So, he settled for the one that had been bothering him all night: “How’d you know? About me being in fights before?” If what happened in Raccoon City could be called fights at all.
You looked over at him, unsure. Not of his question, he got the feeling, but of how you were going to answer it.
Whatever debate was happening in your mind, there were a few heartbeats of silence before you spoke. “Because I was making the same mistakes when I got here.”
Leon was smart enough to understand what you meant, and it made his gut sink. You’d been in the Army. He didn’t know where you’d served or for how long, but you couldn’t have been much older than him. And if he was interpreting things correctly . . . he remembered the way your eyes had flashed when he’d tagged you with his knife that first day. It all made sense now, why you reacted the way you did, why you trained so hard. “I’m sorry,” Leon said. Sorry for bringing it up, sorry that he’d taken you back to a painful moment, but mostly, sorry that it happened to you in the first place.
You stared back at him, chewing on the inside of your lip. Your eyes were distant again, and it added a weight of guilt to Leon’s heart. Still, you swallowed down whatever it was you were feeling. “We’re both here now, right?”
Leon forced a smile, but it didn’t quite make it. “Right.” He didn’t want to be here. He hadn’t asked for this. Maybe you hadn’t, either. Still, standing in the training yard at night, his energy spent and the night ahead of him offering no peace, Leon found a slim silver lining to the situation: the two of you weren’t alone. “Thank you again,” he said, when it looked like you were about to leave. “For helping me.”
“Guess we’ll see how much I’ve been helping tomorrow. Krauser asked me to come in again.” You said it in a low voice, like it was a secret between friends.
“Thanks for the heads up,” Leon said, feeling something stir in his chest.
You just tilted your head and shrugged. Your way of saying don’t mention it. “Just try to act surprised.” Then you were heading off into the night, and that smile Leon had faked just moments before became genuine.

Resident Evil 4: Seperate Ways
THE FLIRTING GAMES: Luis Serra x fem!reader
Summary: It sounded like an easy job - get in, grab the Amber and get out... Yet it became pretty complicated the moment she met Luis Serra.
Notes: English isn't my first language. I apologize for any mistake I may have made while I wrote this short story.
Guess who's back in her RE4 obsessed era!
Warnings: swearing, mentioned death, Ada is our bestie, Leon and Wesker cameo
•••
Meeting Don Quixote
The footsteps sounded awfully loud in the room as Luis Serra danced around to a beat only he knew and no one else.
She looked at him through the thin material of the white dress Ada had put on her, before sending her off to find this Luis Serra while she kept the castle halls clean from monsters.
Serra had a handsome face, nice legs and awesome dance moves with a hint of elegance.
Ada had said that Luis was a clever researcher, who had the Amber. Well, he was good looking too and he was a good dancer with great fashion sense. That part Ada had left out of her report on Luis.
She looked aside, smiling as she appreciated what she was seeing, and hit her two 'friends' on the head with the lantern she was holding. She then kicked their burning bodies aside as she took off the white dress to finally look at the man in front of her without any distraction.
Luis looked at her, his eyes moving up and down on her body, and suddenly she was very thankful that Ada had full control over her closet.
Luis had a beautiful smile. It seemed playful and charming - and the thought that he was most definitely a ladies' man slowly occured in her brain.
"Luis Serra?" she asked as she tilted her head, letting her gaze rest on his body. "Nice moves you got there."
Luis stepped toward her with the same amount of elegance he used for his dancing, his hands were almost touching her waist. Their faces were pretty close, their eyes met, both pair having the same amount of playfulness.
"Muchas gracias, señorita." the way his lips moved while speaking Spanish stirred something inside her - something warm.
"Perhaps you'll teach me some one day."
Luis' face turned a light shade of red and she felt pride appear in her chest. She managed to make him blush.
"It'd be my pleasure." he tilted his head. "Did you bring something for me?"
"Oh." she reached inside her pocket and showed him the pack of cigarettes she was carrying around. "Ada said I should give you these."
Her fingers moved quickly as she took a single cigarette from its box and put it between Luis' lips. Before his hands could move to get his lighter, she already reached into her pocket once again. This time she had a cheap, plastic lighter in her hand and she carefully lit Luis' cigarette.
She saw something change in his eyes and her stomach was stirred again.
"Just the kind I like." said Luis, after he was holding the cigarette between his fingers.
They kept their eyes on the other as the cigarette slowly burned away -- until a gunshot could be heard from upstairs. Her whole body went rigid as she remembered why she was in the cell and who was waiting for her.
She stepped away, breaking the trance Luis' presence had put her in.
"Where's the Amber? Ada said you'd have it."
"I had it." Luis confessed. "But I had to stash it right before I got caught. I can lead you to it though."
She smiled as his flirty act broke.
"Lead the way then."
Luis stepped out of the cell and threw the cigarette aside. Then he bowed as if he'd be the perfect gentleman waiting for his lady to make the first move.
"Ladies first."
She had to surpress a grin.
"And they say chivalry is dead."
•••
A gentleman in trouble
"Are you angry?" Luis asked as he walked around awkwardly, not really finding his place when he was talking to an upset Ada Wong. "You're angry... Listen, there's this one thing I have to do before I can recover the Amber."
She was watching him from her place against a table. She watched his movements, she listened to his voice - and she had to say, he was absolutely perfect.
They were great acquaintances by then.
Luis had contacted her more times then she could count on both of her hands, and she answered his calls each and every time. It didn't matter that she had to put Wesker or Ada on hold for it. Luis was more fun, more important. He was the playfulness she had always been missing from her life.
Ada's movements seemed dangerously slow.
"Before?" she asked.
Luis didn't answer and the room turned quiet. This time around even she could feel the upcoming storm and she was standing confidently on her feet by the time Ada pointed her gun at him.
Luis seemed shocked and scared - he raised his hands as if they could protect him from Ada's gun. She felt a sense of fear run through her veins too. She didn't like Luis' situation and she didn't want him to get shot because of the stupid Amber Wesker wanted so badly.
"This isn't a negotiation, Luis. So choose your next words wisely."
She stepped between Ada's gun and Luis quickly. She could clearly see the confusion in Ada's eyes as she realized she was no longer pointing the weapon at Luis, but at her own partner.
"Whoa, Ada! There's no need for this." she argued.
"We're wasting time here. You know he doesn't like it when we're wasting our time."
"Since when do we care about what he likes?" she asked with a raised eyebrow. "The only way he's getting the Amber is through Luis. And threatening him or shooting him won't make our job easier."
Ada looked her in the eyes. Their gazes met without a single blink. Then, after a few seconds, something close to understanding ran though Ada's eyes and she lowered her handgun.
She tilted her head in a silent question only they could understand - and when she nodded Ada gave her a sad look full of pity.
They were in the same boat.
"What do you need to do?" Ada asked instead of threatening to shoot Luis again.
She could feel him relax behind her. And finally she could breathe again.
"Someone needs my help."
"Leon and Ashley?" she asked as she turned around to look at him.
Luis just nodded and she could feel rather than see Ada's body freeze. She tried to push back a sad smile - oh yes, they were in the exact same fucking boat.
"They are both infected." Luis explained and she felt a small amount of sadness run through her - she always liked Leon, and Ashley Graham seemed like a nice, young girl. "And you know me-- always the good Samaritan! They need this medicine and I can make it. I know it works, because... you see, I used it-- on myself."
Her lips curled upwards.
Luis was a nice guy. Someone who wants to help and make his past mistakes right. She could understand that; she could respect that. She liked him a lot more because of that.
"Why should I care?"
She almost rolled her eyes in annoyance. Denial didn't look good on Ada Wong at all.
She cares. She has always cared - especially about Leon Kennedy.
"Because you too are infected..."
Fear was a long forgotten feeling for her, yet in that moment is overcame her like a strong wave. She looked at Ada in shock, silently begging her to say something; to deny it.
Yet Ada stayed quiet. Which meant that Luis was right. Which meant that she was slowly loosing herself.
"It's what I researched for all these years, Ada. And I see the symptoms already showing in your eyes." fueled with anger from the fact that Ada didn't tell her about her being infected, she took a close look at her eyes and Luis was right - thin, tiny, black veins were running along in Ada's eyes, making them look sick and dark. "You must already feel the effects, ey?" Luis asked as he slowly began to walk around in the room, until he stopped above a trapdoor. "The medicine will stop them for a time. Just-- trust me. You have a lot to gain and nothing to lose."
She turned to look at Ada again, who seemed to accept her fate with a cold expression.
"Ok." she said. "We do this first and then the Amber."
While Luis let Leon know that he'll give them the medicine what'll help them with the infection, she kept on looking at Ada. She looked at her calm face and stern expression.
Ada was always confident with an added elegance what made her even more pretty and desirable. But despite her confidence, someone had to worry about her well-being too. And that role was hers.
Ada Wong won't be dying in Spain anytime soon - she told herself as Luis opened the trapdoor.
Ada was the first one who jumped down the hatch, and she was about to follow her, when Luis grabbed her wrist.
She looked up at him, feeling a strange sense of shyness as his hand touched hers.
"Thank you." he said with a small, honest smile - without his usual charming grin. "For helping me."
"You have nothing to say thank you for. Especially because you're the one who'll help us."
She was about to try and jump down again, but Luis' grip on her wrist tightened.
"Why?"
She raised her eyebrows in confusion. "'Why' what?"
"Why did you help me?"
She tilted her head slightly, not daring to look him in the eye.
Why? That's a good question, isn't it? A question only Ada knows the answer to.
"I like you, Luis." she confessed as she looked him in the eye, smiling when she found endearment in them. "I want to get you out of here." her lips curled upwards as she decided to make the moment 'them'-like. "Besides... You're too handsome to let a bullet wound destroy your pretty face."
She waited until he fully understood her words and the light shade of red took control over his face. She liked to see him blush. She liked to make him blush even more.
She jumped down the hatch before Luis could have a chance to say anything charming to her. She landed on her feet and when she stood up she could see Ada standing not so far away with a patient, knowing smile on her face.
Luis landed not so far away from her. Their bodies were almost touching the other's, and this time Luis seemed to collect himself and regain his usual charm.
His right hand touched her face gently as he put a lock of hair behind her ear.
"I can't wait for you to get me out of here, so we can have that dance, guapa."
Luis waited until the pink color appeared on her cheeks, then he let go of her hair and started to play with his lighter as he began to lead the way toward his laboratory.
Ada gave her a headtilt.
"Oh, shut up!" she said with a pout, even though her face was burning.
•••
La asistente
She looked at the blue butterfly she was holding, her thumb gently stroking its wings.
So pretty, yet so fragile... Just like humanity itself. It got harder and harder to keep it together and save it from harm. Save it from people like Wesker...
If Wesker wants something, it's because the thing is powerful. Powerful enough to destroy billions of people, if not humanity itself.
Wesker wanted to be a god, that's why she disliked him so much. She never liked a man whose ego was bigger than his bookshelf. Yet Wesker was a paying customer - and in today's economy money was everything.
Then why did she feel so guilty about helping him? About giving him power so he could give her money?
Maybe-- maybe if Luis is trying to do the right thing after all those years working for Umbrella, then she could try to follow his steps too.
A quiet noise got her back to reality, and she put the butterfly away - making sure it was safe in the small black bag attached to her left thigh -, so she could answer the call. It was from Luis; and the fact itself made her smile - or rather grin like a schoolgirl.
"You rang?" she asked sweetly, enjoying the smile she could see on Luis' face.
"Just wanted to make sure my favourite asistente is doing okay."
His favourite asistente. How sweet. Perhaps taking the job offer was a good thing - thanks to that, she met Luis Serra. She'd miss him from her life if she didn't know him.
"Your asistente has just finished her task, doc." she said. "How's Ada doing?"
"She already has the red ink." answered Luis.
"One more to go then." she sighed, but moments later her wide smile was back on her face. "Do you think she can handle the last ingredient by herself? We could share a break together perhaps..."
She could see Luis smirk through the bad quality of the transmitter.
"Or perhaps we could make dinner plans, ey?" Luis stopped talking for a while, he seemed to be deep in thought. "Tell me, señorita, have you ever tried salmorejo?"
"I can't say I have."
Luis chuckled.
"Well, then you will, after we get out of here." he explained, not taking 'no' for an answer. "And then I'll take you dancing."
She felt the need to twirl her hair around her fingers like a girl - and she almost did. Almost.
But then she decided to just widen her smile instead.
"It's a plan." she agreed and she could see the happiness in Luis' eyes. "So, where should we meet up?"
After, as she put her transmitter away, she decided that she'd try. She'd try to do better. For Luis.
•••
Becoming the blue butterfly
She finished painting the red 'This way!' sign on the floor, just in time, because Luis finished scribbling his letter down to Ada as well. The man let the letter rest on the desk, hoping that Ada'll be the one who'll find it.
She put the red spray paint in her bag, then she sighed loudly.
Ada was in the trouble the last time they've seen her. The medicine Luis had given her was working slowly, therefore she seemed weak, barely standing on her two feet. Still, Ada wanted her to go with Luis - so she did.
She just hoped that her gut was right about Ada Wong and Spain won't become her grave.
"Ready?" Luis asked and she nodded. "Well then, let's go and find Sancho, ey?"
She appreciated his attempt at humor, she really did. But in that moment Ada and her well-being was all she could think about. The worst thought was that she was in serious danger, a danger Wesker could overcome in seconds - he just chose not to. Ada wasn't worth it for him - heck, she wasn't worth it for him.
"Princesa..." Luis began again as he stepped toward her, his fingers touching her hair. "Ada will be okay. Deep down you know that."
He tried to be comforting, even if he himself had his doubts. She could see it in his eyes; the small amount of fear, the 'what if...' questions... Still, she was thankful that he tried.
"I know." she chuckled sadly. "Hell, I'm pretty sure the only person who can kill Ada is Ada." Luis gave her a weak smile. "It's not just the infection, or Ada, or Leon... it's just-- everything. This damn mission, I can't fucking do it, Luis. I can't take the Amber. If I do, people will die. Lots of people. I feel like all my life I've been doing bad things, and only bad things. And I wanna make them right, I do, I just don't know where to start..."
Luis gently held onto her shoulders, his thumbs touchings her neck slightly. He had the most understanding look on his face she has ever seen. He seemed calm and collected - and so, so beautiful.
"I know the feeling, guapa. Believe me, I really do. I've done things, many things, I'm not proud of and I, too, want to make them right."
"Well, where do we start?" she asked, her lips trembling.
"We have to start small, don't we?" Luis asked and she nodded. "Well then we go and find Leon. We give him the medicine so him and Ashley will feel better. After, we'll lead them to my laboratory and you'll help me remove the plaga from them. How does that sound?"
"Good." she smiled. "Like the best job I've ever had."
Luis let go of her shoulders and she already missed his touch.
"It's a good thing you're my best asistente."
She chuckled at his words, then licked her lips so they wouldn't stay dry. She could feel the small cut on her lower lip with her tounge.
"Luis?"
"What is it, princesa?"
"Just so you know..." she began as she took an unsure, careful step toward Luis, and put her hand on his chest, her fingers playing with his jacket's zipper. "You are the best part of this damn job."
She leaned in to close the gap between them, but Luis was quicker.
His hands landed on both sides of her face, his thumbs drawing gentle circles into her skin - then he pulled her close and suddenly his lips were touching hers.
She sighed as he began kissing her, his mouth swallowing her every noise. The kiss wasn't at all fast or rough; no, it was slow, sweet, yet so full of passion she had to dig her fingers into his leather jacket, so her knees wouldn't buckle.
Damn, Luis Serra was perfect.
He was charming, smart, sweet, funny and he could kiss her to death in a heartbeat.
In those moments, as their tounges were dancing together, not at all fighting for dominance, she swore she'd do anything to start over with him.
She pulled away to breathe, her chest raising and falling quickly.
"Well princesa," Luis began with a grin. "I'm glad the feeling is mutual."
•••
Cheating fate
She was holding onto Luis tight as they both landed on the ground. She could hear her bones crack as she landed on the hard floor, and soon her muscles began to burn from the pain.
She looked at Luis' face, what was so close to hers she could feel his weak, shallow beaths on her skin. His face was pale as small droplets of blood ran down his lips.
In her eyes Luis was beatiful - he had all those emotions he wasn't afraid to show; happiness, joy, calmness, sadness... Still, her favourite was when his lips curled upwards, forming a charming grin as he said something flirty.
In that moment the only feeling she could see on Luis' face was pain. And she absolutely hated that.
A quiet squelching sound could be heard, and Luis' eyes widened. Krauser pulled his knife out. He pulled the damn knife out! She felt panic take over as she tried to climb out from under Luis' arm. God damn it, he's going to bleed out!
"Major Krauser! What-- why?" she could barely hear Leon's words as her panic took over.
"Recovering stolen goods." Krauser took the Amber from Luis' jacket, and stepped onto her hand when she tried to push herself up to see how bad Luis' injury was. "And killing a few rats along the way."
She groaned in pain. In reality she wanted to scream. She wanted to kick and claw; she wanted to shoot Krauser to death or stab him until he was a bloody mess.
"Easy work." Krauser stood up and walked toward Leon, finally leaving her alone.
"Ashley... it was you."
"You catch on quick."
Her hands were shaking as she tried to take a good look at the wound on Luis' back.
Thankfully she noticed the suspicious shadow behind Luis right before the knife hit him - she had to thank Ada for her great reflexes. The knife still got him deep and bad, but it luckily avoided his spinal chord.
The wound was under his right shoulder, next to his arm. She hissed as she looked at it and quickly tore her dress, then took off Luis' jacket so she could put pressure on the wound.
She dumbly noted that Leon was having a one on one fight with Krauser.
"Princesa..." Luis mumbled as she sat him up.
"Sh, don't talk." she managed to say as tears threatened to fall from her eyes. "Don't-- you need your strength."
"I-- we need to help Leon."
She turned to look at Kennedy who successfully avoided Krauser's attack, and pushed the larger male on the ground. He was handling it just fine.
"No. No, he's fine. Leon's fine." she argued as she tied pieces of her torn dress together, so she'd be able to tie the thing around Luis' body, hoping it'd keep enough pressure on his wound while she took him off the damn island. "And you'll be fine too. You have to be. This will keep pressure on the wound until we get out of here and--"
"Princesa." Luis said again, looking up at her weakly through hooded eyes. "I think we have to change our plans."
She shook her head; no. A thick, heavy tear fell from her eye and many more were following it.
"No!" she finished her makeshift dressing as the word broke out of her - the dressing seemed fine, blood wasn't pouring out of his wound anymore, and it seemed strong enough to hold out until she found some thread and a needle to stitch him up. "Don't you say that, you hear me? You promised me a dance after we get out of here. You promised we'd have salmorejo for dinner, because I've never tasted that before... So don't you change our damn plans! You promised, Luis Serra, and a gentleman always keeps his promises..."
Luis smiled at her weakly.
"Just so you know, guapa... You're the best thing that happened to me."
She pushed her lips together, forming a thin, angry line.
"Don't you say goodbye! Don't you fucking--"
Quiet footsteps could be heard from behind and she grabbed her gun before turning around, thinking it'd be Krauser she'd see. To her surprise Ada was the one standing in front of her with an emotion she couldn't read.
Ada looked at the wounded Luis, who was smiling up at her through the blood in his mouth; then she looked at her and her teary eyes.
"Did you stop the bleeding?" Ada asked and she nodded. "Good, then give him this." Ada gave her a strange, green and yellow colored mixture. "It takes a few moments to kick in, but it'll help with the pain."
Ada waited patiently until she forced the mixture down Luis' throat, who started coughing, but slowly turned less and less pale.
"Ada--"
"Now listen to me-- I'll help Leon and after the fight's over, you'll get out of here with Luis. There's a boat on the western coast. Use it and get out."
She blinked her tears away.
Get out. She knew what Ada meant. She was giving her an out - a way out of this life, a chance to live a happy, long life with Luis, far away from people like Albert Wesker.
"But..."
"Get out of here, Y/N. And safely. I'll handle Wesker."
Ada leaned down and kissed her forehead, showing her a sign of love she never knew she had.
Soon, Ada shot Krauser's knife out of his hands - just in time, since Leon's luck slowly began to run out.
While Ada talked to Krauser, she leaned down and gave her lover a kiss on the lips. It was barely a peck, yet Luis seemed to appreciate the gesture.
"See, Luis?" she asked with a smile. "We'll have that dance one way or another."
•••
Defying a god
Ada watched as her ex-partner in crime helped Luis into an elevator, while Leon went on his seperate way to find Ashley Graham and get the parasite out of her by using Luis' laboratory.
She smiled when Luis leaned against the elvator's wall and held onto his girlfriend's hand, kissing her knuckles.
Just because she and Leon have to go their seperate ways, they don't.
She called Wesker right after all three of them were out of sight.
"I really hope you have good news."
"Y/L/N is dead." Ada said without a single emotion, knowing fully well how good Wesker is at reading people. "She died trying to protect Serra, who was attacked by Krauser. They are both dead. Krauser has the Amber now."
"Good. She has always been a dead weight anyway. An extra problem, too weak to act like she should've... She was always too emotional. And you-- I suggest you hurry. You know that I don't like to wait around. Get me the Amber!"
Ada ended the call and put the transmitter away.
She never thought of her as dead weight. She liked her. She was humane even with a job like theirs. She was way better than Wesker in her book.
Ada really hoped she'll have a great life - a life she herself envied, yet knew she'd never have.

I Wish I Could Walk In Heels
AN: Hello, everyone! Hope you're all doing well. I'm sorry for taking forever to update. There was moving and chaos and continued chaos that I will not be getting into, but I just wanted to thank everyone for their patience and support. It really means a lot to me that people actually enjoy my writing and my story.
With that being said, I hope this chapter is okay. I was having a hard time with it. For some reason when I'm writing it just feels like the words are so repetitive and boring. Hoping that isn't the case. Also, forgive me for any mistakes there may be. At some point when this story is all done I plan to edit things I may have missed going through the first time around. Enjoy!
Ps, my wifi kind of sucks so I couldn't view the gif I picked very well. Hope it's okay for all of you.
-Los Illuminados, 2004-
Chapter 21:
The relief you felt when you finally saw Ada as she hurried through the church gate was immense. The villagers had been circling the area, and were a little too close for your liking. You had, luckily, managed to keep yourself hidden.
“Ada!” You whisper-yelled, gaining her attention without the other villagers noticing. As she locked eyes with you, it was clear to you that you both were equally relieved to see each other.
“Y/n! Are you alright?” She studied your figure in search of any obvious injuries. Finding just slight scratches, she seemed satisfied enough with your current state.
“I'm fine. But I have some bad news.” A particularly loud shout from a villager nearby spooked you and made you walk further away, dragging Ada along by her arm.
“Relax, dear. I took some of the ones surrounding the area down. Only a few stragglers here and there, but they won't be any match for us.” She said calmly. It helped soothe your nerves for a moment, until you remembered the bad news you were trying to share.
“What happened?” Ada asked. “What's the bad news? I assume it has something to do with Luis, considering he isn't here with us right now.”
You sighed in defeat. “You're right. It is about Luis. He got jumped by the villagers just after I got here. I wanted to help, but there were just too many for me to even attempt to take down. He told me to wait for you to get here before we go after him. I'm sorry, Ada.”
She gently placed a hand on one of your own and squeezed it reassuringly. “Don't apologize. I don't blame you. I believe you when you say there were too many. I found out from Wesker that the heightened activity is likely due to the president's daughter being in town.” She explained. Your eyes widened.
“The president's daughter? They kidnapped her?”
Ada nodded in confirmation. “They did. And not only that. We have a friend who happens to be in Los Iluminados as well.”
A friend? Confused, you asked her, “Who?”
“You don't want to guess?” She sarcastically responded. The playful attitude and the smirk upon her face would be endearing and entertaining, if you weren't so crunched for time.
“I doubt we have time for that.”
“Not like we have many friends, dear.”
You shrugged with a nod. “Good point. Has to be…” you rack your brain, going through all your danger prone friends. Could be Jill. But you highly doubted that. Last you heard from her, she was on a mission with Chris Redfield. That was only a couple of weeks ago. Claire? You didn't think so either. It's been awhile since you've kept tabs on her, but you couldn't think of any reason on why she would be here.
“Leon?” You guessed.
“Ding ding ding, we have a winner. First guess too. I'm impressed.”
You hadn't seen Leon Kennedy since after Raccoon City, when you both had gone your own ways after he decided to risk asking the military for help. Since then, you and Ada had heard things about him here and there. How he now worked for the government as a sort of super soldier. Given his prior experience with his police training and the infected in the city, they decided he would be a valuable asset. Someone they just couldn't part with.
This was all supposed to be top secret, but your girlfriend is Ada Wong. She could get whatever information she wanted.
“He must be here for the President's daughter.”
“My thoughts exactly. I'm actually glad he is here. His presence provided a nice distraction to keep the townsfolk occupied while I made my way to the church.” She explained. Those gunshots must have been his then. Never the subtle one.
Speaking of gunshots. You and Ada both startled when you heard them once again, only this time the sound was closer.
Ada grabbed a hold of your waist with one arm and used the other to aim with her grappling hook. She hooked it to the church steeple and then you were both zipped up, landing on your feet with practiced precision.
She put away the grappling hook as the gunshots continued. “Sounds like he could use a little help.” Ada said, quickly jumping down to grab the rope to the church bell. You followed shortly after her and covered your ears in preparation of the noise.
Ada pulled the rope once and let it ring. Both of you watched as the townspeople made their way to the inside of the church. They acted as if they were in a trance. Or moths to a flame. From where you stood, Leon was just as confused by their behavior as you and Ada were.
“That's weird. How did you know that would happen?” You wondered.
Your girlfriend shrugged, “I didn't. I just figured the sudden noise would confuse them, giving him enough of a distraction to get out of there. Worked better than I thought it would.” She finished with a smirk. More of a confused, yet proud, smirk rather than amused.
With all the villagers inside, you and Ada both went to return to the mission at hand. Just before you were fully out of earshot, you heard a comment that amused you greatly.
“Where did everyone go? Bingo?” Leon snarked.
You were so unprepared for it.
“HA!” The sudden cackle that lame comment got out of you was far too loud for your comfort. And Ada's, judging by her reaction. She covered your mouth with her hand to muffle the sound, giving you a stern glare. But her lips, too, twitched with amusement.
You watched as Leon looked around for the source of the noise, but quickly moved on after having no luck.
“Don't worry, Leon. First time's free.” Ada muttered. She removed her hand from your face after she deemed it safe enough to do so. “You could have blown our cover with your unworldly cackle, my love.”
You huffed another quiet laugh. “Sorry. I just wasn't expecting it. I usually expect comments like that from you.”
Your response to her gentle, and clearly not too serious, chastising made her smile as she grabbed a hold of your waist once more and zipped you both back down to the ground. She continued the conversation once you've both landed.
“As if you don't tend to also make inappropriately timed jokes during stressful situations. I admit, I am a little jealous that he got such a reaction out of you. Should I be worried?”
Her hand gently brushed some of your hair away from your face, before dropping it back down to her side. You blushed, shaking your head and snorting at her joke.
She grinned again. “Clearly I shouldn't be. I doubt he could get such an adorable blush and a snort from you.”
Your blush deepened and you sighed. “Stop it.”
“Why? I practically live for your reactions. Don't know how I ever survived all those years without your little huffs and sighs.” Her grin turned mischievous, knowing damn well what her flirty tone and words implied.
And knowing that your blush will not go away because of it.
Evil. Ada Wong is beyond evil.
A sudden ring from the radio in Ada's possession interrupted your, admittedly, completely off track conversation. Ada frowned and answered the call.
“We just lost Luis's signal somewhere in the vicinity of the forest. Expect the worst.”
You hear Wesker drawl, frowning at the implication. You hope Luis isn't dead. Your guilt at getting distracted just a few moments ago worsened at the thought. Now wasn't the time to play around.
“That's near Méndez, isn't it? He has a house there. Could be worth taking a look.” Ada suggested. You nodded in agreement when her eyes met yours in a silent question.
“Do it. I'll see what I can find from my end.” With that, Wesker hung up the call. Ada put the radio away with a sigh.
“Should have known this entire mission would be trouble. We should get going.”
“Agreed.”
With that, you two went on with your mission, away from the church.

Clemente's Appeal
Master,
If you pay it some thought, it is unusual that Isidro let me go.
Ever since that beast in the black robe struck me with something, I have been feeling strange. I have started seeing things, having visions. The sky itself looks like that of another world.
And then, that thing comes. Only now there are many. Hundreds.
Master, I beg you! Please! Is there a way to escape this horror?
“Find anything interesting?” The sudden voice broke your concentration. You jumped, startled, looking up from the letter in your hands to Ada. She was taking anything of interest or value from the room you were in.
The room itself was creeping you out. The light fog on the floor, along with the candles and human skulls set almost casually in crates and tables, made you feel on edge. Or maybe it was just this village in general making you feel so on edge.
“A note about a beast in a black robe. I was thinking it might be the one that attacked us back at the castle.”
You paused, remembering the moment Ada covered you from the exploding substance that had, in turn, hit her. Just a couple drops, but enough to worry you after what the letter said. “You aren't seeing things, are you?”
“Seeing things?”
“You know, seeing things that aren't there. The note mentioned seeing multiple of the same beast in the black robe. And a weird sky. Did you see anything like that?” You asked, handing the note over for her to read.
She paused, avoiding eye contact with you as she took her sweet time reading the note you'd found. She can read much faster than that. Already you knew something was up.
Looking back at you, though still avoiding eye contact, she shook her head and smiled. That smile would fool anyone else into thinking everything was fine, but it didn't fool you.
“No. Haven't seen anything like that.” Her tone was off. Only slightly higher than usual.
She's hiding something.
“You're lying, Ada.” She sighed in defeat, knowing there would be no convincing you otherwise. “Tell me, what happened?”
“Truthfully… I don't know. After you left is when the visions happened. My surroundings became distorted and that black robed thing multiplied in the middle of the fight before it disappeared.”
“So you didn't kill it?”
“No. It left before I could.” Ada clarified.
“And have you seen anything weird since the fight?”
“Define weird? We're only completely surrounded by it.” She joked weakly, attempting in vain to lighten mood.
You frowned in disbelief. “Stop it. You know I don't joke when it comes to your wellbeing. Have you seen any visions of the creature since the fight?”
“No, I haven't.” She shook her head. “You know, it could have just been a one off thing.”
“Possibly.” You tiredly responded. You softened when Ada placed her hand on your shoulder, attempting to bring some sort of comfort. “Just tell me if you have any more visions.”
“Yes ma'am.” You shoved her arm in response to her sarcastic salute. She smirked and put the letter away with her other belongings.
—
Ada eventually led you both out to the empty town center, where there appeared to be the charred remains of a man that was quite recently burnt at the stake. The sight gave you pause.
“So, they're just burning people alive now? Is this a sacrificial offering to the Plaga or something?” You wondered out loud, not expecting an answer. Though, you still turned to face Ada when you didn't hear any comment from her.
She was looking around frantically, a slight look of fear on her, normally stoic, face.
“Ada? Are you al-” Your question was interrupted by her gripping her head in pain, stumbling in place. You immediately bolted to her and held her steady by the arms.
All too suddenly, she pushed you away and did a roundhouse kick to the air, as if something was behind her. She backed away in confusion when she realized nothing was there. “How…?”
“Ada. You're seeing it, aren't you? It's here.” You looked for it, turning around and making eye contact with the giant insectoid in the black robe behind you.
“Help me out, dear, and point me to the real one.” Ada gasped, taking her gun out, ready to destroy the creature that was messing with her head.
So, with a shotgun in hand, that is exactly what you did. You did your best to help Ada differentiate between the visions and the real deal while simultaneously avoiding the attacks it sent your way. Especially avoiding any mysterious goo it attempted to shoot your way. You both didn't need to be seeing multiple.
Finally, your teamwork weakened the beast enough for one of you to take the shot. The subtle fury on Ada's features made you allow her to do the honors. Pistol in hand, she took the shot…
And missed. How did she miss it? Ada Wong doesn't miss. Your concern grew when she dropped the gun and stumbled once more, clutching her head in pain.
Angry, you aimed the shotgun at the creature. You didn't even get the chance to pull the trigger before it slapped you with its enlarged claw, knocking you away from it. Your head ached as you crashed it with a painful slam to the ground, right next to the charred human remains.
You groaned, blinking rapidly to clear your vision and watching as the black robed creature made its escape. Forcing yourself to your feet, you quickly ran over to check on Ada.
She picked up her dropped pistol with confusion clouding her features. And, though she would never admit it, you could tell she was scared.
“What is wrong with me?” She muttered. She glanced up once she noticed your presence, backing a few paces away from you when you attempted to comfort her. “Stop. Keep some distance.”
That reaction from Ada surprised you. “Ada-”
“I don't want to hurt you.” She firmly stated. “Clearly I'm not in full control of myself. That thing stopped me from killing it somehow.”
You hummed, understanding her worries, but not wanting her to distance herself from you either. “I guess it does more than just show you things. But it's gone for now, Ada. You don't have to worry about hurting me.”
Slowly, as to not make her back away, you walked forward and grabbed her hand that wasn't holding the pistol. Nothing bad happened. You held her hand in a tighter hold. “See? Nothing. You don't have to worry so much. We'll figure this out together, okay?”
She nodded. “We will. But first, we find Luis.”

Tragically Beautiful -Serennedy
Small spoilers from Separate Ways
When I first became a fan of Resident Evil I was drawn into the dynamic between Leon and Luis when I was watching RE4. There was so much that I enjoyed the more I got into Re and how much more I understood when it came to the dynamic that the pairing had through their short interactions in scene packs.
Something about Leon specifically that I learned when getting into RE is that he is exceptionally understanding and can't seem to just hate people. Everyone he's ever associated with has had some form of connection to the Umbrella corporation, the same reason he is so traumatized so you'd think he would hate anyone from the organization. But no with both Ada and Luis he does not really seem to hate them in ways that could be understandable for his character, but that's not his nature. Leon was already very suspicious of Luis from the first time they met but they worked off each other naturally when it came to fighting and chemistry. Upon learning that Luis worked alongside Umbrella and was a contributing factor to Racoon City, Leon does not treat him differently no matter the implications that may leave.
@highball66 from all their Cheron posts it is even further pushed that Leon clicks with people he deeply cares about and understands. He makes connections to people a lot emotionally and bonds to those he can sympathize with. This is all my own interpretation of Leon of course but his connection to Chris is incredibly strong, they are in perfect sync and share a chemistry only achieved from years of working even seeming to be connected deeper then they were originally.
In small tidbits of the game play we see Leon and Luis connecting in a somewhat playful manner, from bantering while they are walking around, encouraging each other in fighting and Luis' all to subtle attempts to oogle Leon throughout the game. In the game Luis is hell bent on attempting to repair the damage he did as a result of working with Umbrella but still holds the organization close to his heart as seen with his lighter and the photo. Luis knows he's hurt lots of people and wants nothing more then to protect, in his mind this is making up for his crimes he committed within Umbrella because he is so guilty over the matter.
Through his time with Ada he expresses only worry and persistence on finding a way to cure and save Leon and Ashely from the Plaga. He wants to help them no matter the situation even as he is helping Ada, he is more concerned about them. He barley knows Ashely and Leon but he is constantly running into danger for them, from giving Leon the medicine, running to check on Leon, save the medicine for Leon and Ashley, handing his laboratory key to Leon, and pushing his dying body to save Leon.
Leon is constantly losing people closest to him and no matter who it is, he is deeply affected. From being on the verge of tears during Luis' death to his pained reaction to killing Krauser. Leon was lazer focused on his mission but he was also very caring toward Luis in situations, he is gentle with people and expresses his care as well as he can. He lets himself be open with someone again since he was with Ada and even possibly since Krauser (if you believe they had something in the military) he starts to be less cold and shows his more playful and joking side. He trusts Luis once he actually admits he is in the wrong and tells Leon what he wants to know, he gives him the past details even at the risk of damaging their relationship and at that expense it deepens their bond. Their connection is much more genuine then any other Leon has had since Chris, the importance to Leon is gaining trust again after everything he's been through.
Luis was focused on making things right and becoming a better person but in the process his continuous act of running away from it, is what ended up killing him. His fantasy proved he believes he could be a hero even if it was somewhat mediocre. His entire life changed as he lost people around him as well as a result of Los Iluminado and Umbrella. He holds onto things that may be painful for him but they are still of importance in his heart (his rings as religious symbols and the umbrella photo+his lighter) Luis values proving himself and removing his past, helping others as a way to "make himself feel better."
Both of them became very close during the mission, constantly getting in harms way for the other and gaining a chemistry similar to Cheron. The main theme overlapping with Serennedy is change. How things can change a person for the worse or the best, they express the importance of healing and accepting your past, and they express the importance of trusting. Leon has been through so much with people he's held closest but he chooses to keep helping people because he knows people can change.
I have a feeling he knew Luis could change too.
Anyone can mend their past with the right steps to becoming better.
"People can change, right Leon?"

A Radom aeon fic please
Leon knelt before the unmarked tombstone, his fingers tracing the weathered texture at the bottom. He couldn't believe it had been six months since he left Valdelobos—six months since he saved Ashley and six months since he lost Luis.
A sigh he carried since morning finally left his chest while he furrowed his brows.
Leon knew he jumped the gun right out of the gate, allowed his personal biases to interfere with his judgments, and allowed himself to paint Luis with a broad brush, claiming he was as inhumane as the other bad guys who worked for Umbrella despite the fact that Luis had risked everything to help Ashley and him get out of hell in one piece. All the while, Leon had put his faith in people like Krauser, a man he had once considered a hero and trusted without question, and yet it was Krauser who chose to be a monster over doing what was right.
When Leon boiled it down, it wasn't Luis's physical loss that had haunted him all this time since then; it was guilt—the realization that he hadn't trusted Luis until it was too late. The understanding that he had lost an ally and, hell, maybe even a friend because he was too proud to admit that people, even the worst, could change for the better.
Shame washed over Leon as he rested his forearms on his knees, the sound of footsteps coming from behind breaking the silence. He didn't have to turn around because only one person could sneak up on him like that.
"Ada," he murmured calmly, keeping his eyes forward.
She said nothing at first, going through the motions as she placed a pack of cigarettes on the grave—the brand Luis was fond of.
Leon's chest tightened as his eyes lingered on the small box. A flash of Luis's smile briefly crossed his vision.
"He had poor taste," Ada softly teased, not bothering to ask Leon for permission as she lowered herself to the grass and sat beside him, her eyes focused on the grave. "That being said, the cigs aren't half bad once you get used to them."
Leon faintly smirked at the remark.
"I told him those things would kill him. Guess I was wrong there."
"You and me both."
"Have you been back to Valdelobos?" Leon asked though he wasn't sure why. Part of him wanted her to say no, but the other wanted closure even if he couldn't outright say it.
"No," Ada replied softly. "But I've heard things."
"What kind of things?"
"Not the kind a government agent would like," Ada said as a matter of fact. She paused for a moment, then continued. "Someone's been poking around the village, Leon."
"They with Umbrella?"
"No, but they're of the same class." Ada hesitated. "There's a rumor that a familiar face we know of is alive and well, last spotted on the outskirts before disappearing into the woods."
Leon frowned, finally turning to look at her. "That's impossible. We saw his body. Krauser—"
"Did we know Luis that well?" Ada cut him off as she met his eyes firmly. She glanced at the tombstone yet again as her voice lowered. "The man survived monsters, infection, and bullets for god knows how long before we arrived in the village. Do you really think a knife would be the end of him? Luis had secrets not even I knew of. Maybe he had a way out that we didn't know about."
"What are you getting at?"
"I'm going back to the village, Leon."
Leon didn't respond right away. He had his doubts about the whole thing, the very notion a dead man was alive and walking, yet he couldn't deny the conviction in Ada's tone, a rarity if there ever was one. She believed in her heart of hearts that something was going on.
"Think about it, Leon." Ada stood up and dusted off her hands, not paying heed to Leon watching her. "You know where to find me if you want to see this through. Who knows. The both of us may get closure. It's up to you."
Leon watched as Ada left, her words repeating in his mind. He turned back to the grave as his earlier thoughts of prejudice weighed heavier now. He had misjudged Luis once upon a time; what if he was wrong about Ada, too?
As much as Leon didn't trust her fully, he cared enough not to repeat the same mistake.
"Guess we'll see if you really did have an ace up your sleeve, Luis."
Leon sighed and shook his head, running a hand through his hair as he got up and followed after Ada. Whatever was to come, he'd return to the village with an open mind and heart this time.

HCs for Aeon's first time together? Like when & where did it happen? What did Leon/Ada discover about each other intimately...
i think canonically it's off screen during re5 during that night
but for headcanons (this is not fleshed out at all, and i'm just thinking)
i like the idea of another interaction during some sort of mission
maybe Leon needing to save someone else but is surprised when ada is there again, he's expecting her to grab something from him but since she's still guilty about re4 she refrains from doing so in front of him.
ada saves him (of course) from something, and gives him some sort of information that he needed to get the mission over it
"that greeting you would've wanted" would be mentioned here again
leon needs to be somewhat dying and ada saves him, and he's still unsure and afraid. but is placed in another position where he has to trust her (which he does ofc)
because ada did what she needed to do behind closed doors, he's also placed in a position to speculate about what she did
she doesn't tell him, they leave on somewhat okay terms
at this point they have their contacts (somehow)
and since they "continue living with their lives off screen during re5"
i can imagine one or the other stumbling into each other, off mission and one thing leading to another
they would have their romantic dinner, night at a hotel
leon would expect her to stay, and is heartbroken + but angry when she leaves without a word
they've explored each other intimately but only in a physical way
this would lead to damnation and how they're characterized there
between damnation - re6, something would've switched and more feelings were explored
leon wanting more, ada being afraid
leon wanting to give more, and ada not wanting to receive it
she would actively try to push him away but wouldn't be able to stop herself from pursuing him physically.
this could follow the route to re6
they're in some sort of mutual trust, but their jobs keep them apart
UMMGHHHHHHHHHHHH okay
in terms of"What did Leon/Ada discover about each other intimately..."
i think leon has nightmares, ada feels bad and doesn't like seeing how empathic that he can be. that he still suffers so much
this would be something ada would learn after falling asleep with him, and finding him tossing and turning in the night
that being said, she doesn't want to fix him, but she wants him to to want to fix himself
ada is very controlling of her own emotions, and therefore the sex would feel very emotionless in a sense, that she refuses to be vulnerable with him for large moments of time.
he would see glimpses of her, the real her, and he keeps chasing this from her
honestly i kinda think that whenever they [redacted] there's moments of clarity where they're completely free and vulnerable with each other. like SO MANY KISSES. and SO GRABBY. just eating each other up and wanting that moment to continue on for as long as possible
they take their time mapping out their each other's bodies, remembering everything they like
leon's scars, what he likes, that he's extremely touch starved and melts at ada's touch
that ada is extremely afraid of physical affection and i also kinda headcanon that she was maybe abused as a child (not sexually though) and is sometimes skittish or at least very aware of what's going on
i think leon picks up on it and is VERY gentle with her for a while, especially once they explore each other more sexually and have expressed their boundaries.
(headcanon) ada picks up on the fact that leon becomes hard of hearing on his right ear, and she always tries to stay near that side so that she can watch out for him but also so that he can hear her better.
i like to think that ada surprises leon with matching sets of lingerie (which always get torn off at some point, but he's very careful not to rip anything lol, except for like post damnation where they have rougher sex)
i forgot to mention but they also both suffer from insomnia. leon much more as ada has trained herself to at least get some hours of sleep- but also that leads stop my other headcanon that ada instead of suffering from nightmares, that her stresses resort to night terrors instead, which are MUCH WORSE.
there's a night where she's suffering from one and leon's never seen it before and just does not know what to do. he wants to comfort her immediately but is pushed away from her when she wakes. (if you don't know the differences between a nightmare and night terrors just look it up)
she also wants to run away as they don't happen that often and can be triggered by stress or a change of lifestyle or location, so she's also thrown off by it and doesn't want to impose her problems onto leon
he wants her to stay so badly and has to gently coax her back into the bedroom and back into bed.
okay back to sexy stuff
i think that ada's a bit ticklish, and leon tries to engage with that during sex sometimes, he just likes hearing her laugh. and that slight bit of embarrassment she has when she's switching between laughing and moaning because he's railing her
again i don't like talking about birth control methods in fics (they feel like they halt the story) use it irl
but i like the idea of them maaaaaaybe using condoms in the beginning but then i also headcanon that leon maybe had a reversible vasectomy at some point after re4 (coincidentally after seeing ada was alive lol sdkfjbsjfks)
but i love the idea of them together when they [redacted] and leon knowing that he [redacted] inside of her, especially since that's the most intimate thing she's doing with anyone.
this leads into the whole like "love me like that night," "make love to me like i'm your wife" "want me to make you into a real daddy?" AHSAJGHGHJAJJJGHGHHHHHHHH
leon blows his load way too fast these nights but he can go a second time
ada's more into the messy sex, especially later on, and loves being on top so she can watch him watching her. his hand grabbing onto her so she can fall onto his cock faster
help
(this will be updated occasionally)

You might be bored answering this type of question, so feel free to ignore. I just needed a rant lol and to see if anybody out there at all agrees with my views. I'm just so mad at the complete WASTE of potential that Ada had. I sincerely hope that the remakes decanonise Aeon altogether because oh my god, it makes no sense for either character. Like at all.
Ada (despite the complete lack of background information) is at the very least an independent, stubborn, capable and (often) profit driven woman. She has multiple priceless connections and opportunities up her sleeve that she obtains by herself. This idea that Leon's the only kind person she's ever met is so fucking stupid. She took her chance to manipulate him when he was young and stupid, and I'm supposed to believe that their sparse meetings for a few hours every couple of years leads her to continuously question her motives because this One Guy changes her mind, because he's kind and handsome or whatever. It's so fucking stupid. The way the fandom perceives her is so super sexist. Why is she constantly portrayed as the Wine Mommy trope by fandom? It does my head in. She has been completely and utterly minimised to "how does she serve Leon Kennedy". That's it. That's all a large majority of the fanbase see her for. I would kill for Ada content that decanonises their "romance" and to have her OWN story, devoid of the male leads. (Also I hc her as lesbian lol, but that's neither here nor there.)
Then there's my understanding of Leon. I like that you pointed out he often takes the "easy choice", which I somewhat agree. Regardless, the pinnacle of his character is empathy and anger (as far as I understand). Bioterrorism has haunted him his whole life. He's witnessed countless atrocities at the hands of greedy billionaires. All he wants is to help innocents where he can. This trope of turning the other cheek because the antagonist is hot... makes no sense. Yes, she helps him, but she's consistently betrayed him and openly admits to working for her own gain. In what universe does his leniency make any sense when lined up with his other decisions and worldviews? Every "romantic" encounter they've had has required Leon to act completely out of character imo and "oh... he must have strong feelings" is the only reason we're provided with. It's so stupid and it's a pet peeve of mine that so many just don't see how horrificly written it is, lmao!
Anyway, do you agree? Am I maybe perceiving characters the wrong way? I can only hope the remakes fix this debacle. Aeon is some of the worst writing that RE has ever produced imo, but the excellence of RE7 and 8 give me hope for the newer content. :)
you're super not wrong about Ada
and while I really wish I could say you're not wrong about Leon, either... there is some there there. I get it. I get why he's so attached to her. the issue is that Leon's attachment to Ada is nothing more than a trauma response, but the series never treats it like that.
what's funny is that the actors do. both Matt Mercer and Nick Apostolides know that it's a fucked up trauma response, and they've both said so at different points in not so many words, and so they both treat it like that when they're actually delivering his lines -- but the actual games are over here like "aren't these two so hot together 😏" like... completely unironically.
the closest thing that RE came to self-awareness about the true nature of Leon and Ada's relationship (prior to RE2make and RE4make) is this:
whew. don't strain yourselves, there, Capcom.
I don't even think Capcom realizes just how alarming Leon's manic breakdown about her in RE6 actually is. I legit think they meant for it to come off as sincerely romantic and loving. but that scene -- like a few others in RE6 -- is carried on the shoulders of Matt Mercer's acting talent, and it is legitimately upsetting to watch/listen to.
I find his breakdown about Ada in RE6 to be more distressing than his cries for help in Vendetta, personally, because at least his cries for help are cries for help. the shit that happens in RE6 is just Leon's brain fucking breaking and no one is around to stop it or do anything or help him in any way -- and then later on, Helena, who couldn't actually hear what was said, assumed it was romantic, and Leon never corrects her, and that's that.
it's just
the line "if you're really Ada..." like holy shit what the fuck is that line WHAT IS THAT LINE Leon is literally ready to reject reality on the spot in that moment.
it's rough, dude.
and what's frustrating about Aeon is that that kind of dynamic has such huge potential to be legitimately compelling and tragic and heart-wrenching, but it isn't that because the script is so shitty.
all they had to do was just go one step further with Chris calling out Leon for his blind faith in Ada, axe the "lol u like her" shit from Helena, and then bookend that previous conversation between Chris and Leon with a more upsetting version of "She's like a part of me I can't let go" (make it something more like "But if I do let her go... what else will I lose?") and like
that's it, that alone makes RE6 way more nuanced and interesting in terms of characterization for Leon. it doesn't fix Ada in any way (because it's too late to fix Ada tbh), but it at least makes Leon's shit feel less ... bad and stupid.
but the way it is right now, it's just like...

Narkarkos Mer!Leon
Here are some headcanons for my Leon Scott Kennedy merman. The design is taking some extra time since any time at home is sporadic and I rather not break the page rushing. Anyway, let's get started.
Leon is a natural born Mer who just accidentally got entangled in human society. Narkarkos merfolk start off really small, like the size of peach. A biological adaptation to avoid getting detected or reached by potential threats such as people. This goes for both normal and Leviathans so age is the only way to tell the difference.
If a mer completely dries, then they take the form of their non-aqueous half. Leon was found by the Kennedy family as a two year old. His inhuman status kept secret by his mother until her death. Then his foster family took on the torch.
Collecting bones is a natural instinct for Narkarkos merfolk. Leon stockpiled tons of them before he made himself a nest and still collects. Although infected bones are disinfected in broiling solution as any contaminates are a huge no-no.
Narkarkos merfolk mate for life so a potential partner for Leon is taken very very seriously. Courting is a mix between peacocking and bowerbirds. They gift potential mates their favorite treasures specifically bones so expect a ring to have a bit marrow in its composition. Narkarkos merfolk also perform a unique dance under water with the spots on their body glowing the brightest to woo a potential mate.
Leon's species have a infamous reputation of being ecosystem destroyers if left unchecked or angered. Something that has led Narkarkos Merfolk to become exiled to the depths and even extermination on sight. It's quite rare to find any in the wild.
This viewpoint stems from incorrect information and fearful prejudice as any creature outside the species is potential prey. Extreme hostility is another factor as Narkarkos Mers will devastate anything that harms their mate or congealment/family. An entire civilization mysteriously disappearing is often contributed to attacks from this species.
Leon had to be very careful in areas such as Raccoon City Sewers since enough water will trigger a transformation. The Las Plagas parasite is a harmless nuisance mainly because the bodily fluids and flesh of his body are uninhabitable for it. It might've led Leon to eat Del Iago's corpse alongside some El Gigantes then take the bones for his nest.
Absolutely would've spirited Sherry away if he could but the Birkin deserves to live an actual life. Leon did show his true nature once given the rare chance of privacy. Very few such as Sherry, Ashley, Luis and unfortunately Ada know about. (The latter was an accidental occurrence in Spain.)
The mucus Leon secretes has a powerful clotting nature than just preservation. He used it to stop Luis from bleeding out although had to tell the truth. Leon might've shift into his true form in the Saddler boss fight as he was completely fed up with the cultist. Los Plagas is nothing compared to the wrath of an Elder Dragon.
Narkarkos merfolk have a very powerful energy in their bodies called Dragon Energy. A volatile source that glows a brilliant dark crimson similar to blood in color. When enraged, this energy surges through their body causing the spots and eyes to glow a terrifying red. It is strong enough to irritate bioluminescent species that they flood the area in natural light.
Leon is no exception as his fury can turn the sea around him into a shining omen. He can fire dragon energy in the form of massive lasers from both his main tentacles and mouth. NEVER ENGAGE A NARKARKOS MER IN THEIR NEST! These nests are their arsenal and repair shop. Any bones a threat or prey destroys can easily be replaced in seconds.
Narkarkos merfolk are very territorial especially when it comes to their claims. People that Leon holds dear is one example of that. Not a single enemy knows the true horror hidden underneath his human skin. Give him a reason to unleash that... Pray for a very swift demise.
That's all I have for now! I have a poll up with normal Leon so check it out before time runs out! Until next time folks, continue to thrive in the wake of Raccoon City.

-Jealousy || Leon S. Kennedy || *Rewrite*
Summary: Leon Scott Kennedy was not the type of man to get jealous, it’s not like he had something to get jealous all. Until Chris Redfield started to show his face around you. That nasty feeling building up in his chest though it only made matters worse when Claire let it slip that her brother may have feelings for you too. Now Leon hopes that he didn’t miss his chances with you.
A/n: flashback is Italicized, female reader, rewrite of this fic
Warnings: Blood, bit of gore { Broken bone.}
Leon did not get jealous, at least that is what he kept telling himself to help him sleep at night. Though of course the very thing that he claimed he didn’t get jealous about was sitting across from him. You were talking about some case, some woman named Mia Winters.
Not that he cared, why should he care about some bio terrorist. No he cared about why Chris suddenly seemed to hanging around you more.
“Leon!”
“What?” Blinking a few times he adverted his gaze frowning for a moment as he rubbed the back of his neck.
“I was just trying to…are you okay…you look exhausted Leon.” You frowned leaning forward to get a good look at the man, you could see dark circles forming under his eyes.
Scoffing, Leon adverted his gaze. “I’m find Doc, you don’t gotta worry about me alright.” He did his best to not let his feelings show through but you were always concerned for him.
Placing your hand on top of Leon’s you gave it a small squeeze. “You know you can tell me anything right.”
Shaking his head, Leon did his best to give you a weak smile. The warmth of your hand brought a flood of memories back. The shared kisses, the nights where neither of you had gotten much sleep and of course he had to blow it, end whatever you both shared.
Self sabotage at its finest. And even after all of that, you still stayed by his side.
“So what’s with the get up.” Leon did his best to divert the conversation to something else, something that wouldn’t make him realize his feelings for you.
Snorting, you lent back into the chair giving him a slight smile. “Well that was what I was talking about for the last ten minutes.” You teased. “I got asked…recommended actually, I’m heading out to Louisiana.”
Shaking his head, Leon’s eyes narrowed taking in the blue Umbrella logo on your shirt. “What do you mean you’re heading out to Louisiana? Who recommend you to go?”
Sighing, you frowned as your phone chimed. Pushing away from the table you then stood up. “Chris did…look I have to go alright. I’m not going to argue about this, it’s a long flight and I don’t want this to be on my mind.”
Leon tried not to wince from the sound of the chair scraping, though he did feel a slight weight lift off his shoulders feeling you press his lips to his forehead, he wanted it grab you. He wanted to tell you how he felt. “Hey! Stay safe for me will ya.”
Giving him a small wink you lingered by the door, your fingers clutching the handle. “Only if you get a proper nights rest for me Kennedy.”
Opening his mouth, he sighed giving you a small wave as you slipped out the door and into Jeep, though it didn’t take long for him to finally notice Redfield watching him.
When you get back, when you get back he’ll tell you how he felt. He just hoped that he didn’t fuck up his chances with you.
+•+
The flight to Louisiana was long, you normally were able to enjoy these types of flights. You were able to talk to the team, talk to Chris but now. Right now you had way to much on your mind.
“Something on your mind?”
Turning to Chris you let out a forced laugh. “A little…it’s just. Leon and I were talking and before I left, he just looked like he had something to say.”
Shrugging his shoulders, Chris peered out the window. “Maybe he wanted to confess his feelings to you.”
Barking out a laugh, you narrowed your eyes. “Leon confessing his feelings to me. Are we talking about the same man? Besides we ended that, pretty sure he’s still hung up on Ada.” You muttered.
“I wouldn’t be so sure on that.”Sighing, Chris patted you knee. “Get some rest alright. I’ll wake you of something happens.” He joked.
Shaking your head, you let out a small scoff though it didn’t stop you from falling asleep but once you felt the jolt from the helicopter your eyes snapped opened.
“Sleeping beauty finally wake?”
Turing your attention to Chris you were about to reply until you noticed a woman laying unconscious. “Is this.”unbuckling your seatbelt you rushed over to the unconscious woman.
“This is Zoe Baker, she’s stable and luckily for us she’s not infected. Can’t say same to Mia Winters, don’t even have a body to bag.”
Frowning you opened your med beg still examining the woman, she may have been stable but it didn’t look good for her. “She has a high fever, I need to get her the proper-.”
Your voice getting cut off from Chris’s shout, you didn’t even realize the helicopter starting to take off, your body tumbling out of the side hitting the ground hard as you rolled hitting a man. “Shit. Ethan Winters I presumed.”
“Ya…who the hell are yo-Shit watch out!” The man shoving you out of the way of getting swiped by something, though with your gaze glued to the B.O.W in front of you, you barley had a chance to dodge a large crate falling towards you.”
The container to take out the B.O.W falling on your leg, a cry tearing from your lips as Ethan rushed to your side moving the object off your leg. “Of fuck…is that your bone.”
Gritting your teeth you had to bite back another scream. Blood pouring out your wound, the broken bone poking through the flesh. “Shut the fuck up and take that bitch out.” You growled placing the gun in his hand. You tried to stay conscious, but the pain was overwhelming. You listened to voices shouting around you, a horrified scream before everything went black.
+•+
You were used to hospitals, you worked in them, you weren’t used to being a patient in one though. Letting your body slump in the bed you did your best to remember everything that happened. The man Ethan Winters, he stayed by your side until he knew you were okay.
Zoe Baker, she was alive thanks to Ethan too. You remember seeing her briefly. You heard Chris talking about Mia, you weren’t sure how to feel about her death but at least the man can move on with his life and Leon. You remembered seeing Leon when you got administrated into the hospital, you weren’t sure you ever seen the man look so concerned.
So scared.
Gritting your teeth you did your best to sit up only to feel a hand on your shoulder pushing you back down on the bed.
“Where do you think you’re going.”
“Leon?”
Chuckling the man sat back down in his own chair, he looked so drained. “The one and only.”
“What are you doing here?”
“I can leave if you want.”
Wincing you shook your head adjusting you body as you reached out to grasp his hand. “No…stay…please.”
“I was joking y/n....I wasn’t going to leave you…I mean not unless you kicked my as out but shit I gotta say...seeing you like that scared the crap out of me.”
“Leon.”
“No…I have to say this. I’m sick of being a coward. I care about you. I care about you and I know you can do better than me.”
Rolling your eyes you let go of his hand to instead you placed your hand on his cheek. “I love you too.”
“What!”
Shrugging your shoulders you dropped your hand relaxing into the bed. “Chris may have mentioned something like that.”
“I’m going to kill him.”
Opening on of your eyes, you gave him a teasing smile. “You know what would be better, you kissing me.”
“I..” sighing. Leon shook his head giving you a slight smile bending down as he captured your lips in for a kiss. “Get some sleep for me, will you.”
Returning the kiss, you let your fingers dig into his arm. “No promises.”
+•+
Checking his gun Leon jumped up from his seat as medics rushed by, he barley registered your leg in a make shift cast, narrowing his eyes he watched Chris walk by but before he could get any further he could help but grab his arm.
“What the hell! You were supposed to watch her not have her get rushed off to the fucking hospital!”
Turning to face him Chris was alway worried enough but hearing Leon remind him of his mistake only pissed him off even more.
“Don’t you think I know that!” Shaking his head he rubbed his neck. “You should see her?” As much as he didn’t want to admit it Chris knew how the man felt and he was positive of your own feelings.
“Why?”Leon frowned eyeing him.
“She called out your name before she blacked out...try not to blow it Kennedy because I will be their to pick up the pieces if you fuck shit up.”
Watching him walk off Leon squared his shoulders waiting for the okay to see you and taking his advice Leon knew what he had to do.

Resident Evil Sexuality / Identity Headcanons, part 1
Ada Wong
Aroace / Female
She has a small devil in her head that brings her joy when she leads people on
She's never admitted to actually liking anyone but said she's lead people on
Albert Wesker
He's either aromantic or gay / Male
The reason I'm torn is because he's never shown any interest romantically in any way... but his obsession with Chris is a little... gay
Scratch that, it's really gay but he's confusing
Alcina Dimitrescu
Lesbian / Female
It's basically canon that she prefers women in other ways than in the bedroom
She prefers their taste in blood (which totally isn't a slightly sexual thing)
I honestly think that if they wrote Ethan as a female, Alcina would've most likely been nicer until, you know, you kill her daughters (who are also all lesbians)
Billy Coen
Ally / Male
He kinda comes off as a bisexual but I don't see it
How I see it is that he's comfortable with his own masculinity and is a supporter of anyone that's queer
Part of the reason I say this as well is because he's a Queen fan in canon and Freddie Mercury was one of the best gay icons so...
Carlos Oliveira
Pansexual / Demi-boy
He doesn't give a shit about being attracted to a specific gender, he's just got love for everyone
He isn't also fully a boy but doesn't fit anywhere else, there are days where he just wants to be a blob on his couch
Carlos has most likely dated at least one person of the more popular gender identities, but definitely dated Tyrell, friends don't look at each other the way Tyrell looked at Carlos
Chris Redfield
GAY / Male
Chris is SO GAY
You'd have to be blind to not see Chris' gayness, and I bet even if you WERE blind, you could still see it
He's not the flaming homosexual kind but like... just, C'MON!!
Claire Redfield
Pansexual / Transgender (male-to-female)
Claire (like Carlos) doesn't care about gender attraction and thinks it's stupid it exists
She's also trans and started early, and also most likely made it obvious when she was little
Chris is 100% in support and (other than Leon and Sherry) is her biggest supporter and has thrown a fist for her
Donna Beneviento
(there's no gifs of her that I could find)
Aromantic / Transgender (male-to-female)
Donna's got too much devotion to her dolls that she absolutely does not need someone to care for her
She still feels insecure about her identity and still thinks she looks too masculine which is only part of the reason she hides her face
She also loves and prefers making female dolls as a way to show how she would've loved to look like if she had not been turned into a monster by the stinky Mother Miranda(r)
Ethan Winters
(he's seen some shit)
BISEXUAL / TRANSGENDER (female-to-male)
ETHAN IS THE PURE EXAMPLE OF BI AND TRANS
There has never been a bisexual the way Ethan has
Also, you think Capcom would dare to make a male character THAT skinny and such a babygirl without trying to state something?
Helena Harper
Bisexual / Demi-boy
She has a hard time during her moment in China with Leon and occasionally Ada being around
She definitely finds both of them very attractive and her brain will go "brrrrr" whenever one of them does anything mildly attractive
Helena also doesn't feel exactly like a girl but is in that in between where sometimes she wants to be a masculine man and others where she just wants to exist

– 𝐢𝐟 𝐢'𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞? ✦
tags: dilux x fem!reader, fatui!reader, enemies/lovers, hurt/comfort
premise: in which you are part of the fatui, the people who created the device that killed his father. still, sworn enemies don't look at each other that way...
genre: angst
• you see him occasionally when doing business in mondstadt; sometimes he’s with a group of other guild members and other times he’s alone. once in a while a fight breaks out, and that’s when things get ugly. naturally the both of you pick sides easily, and you never pick the same one.
• you don’t show it on the battlefield, but neither of you can control what you feel inside. it’s complicated; the way your heart and body yearn for this cold but pure-hearted hero. and he wants you, too. he wants you so badly he can hardly think of loyalties or commitments when face to face with you. “the villain” had never seemed so good. • sometimes, when allies are at war with enemies, you steal lingering looks at each other - stolen moments that spark like electricity and threaten to ruin everything. perhaps they already had, because you can never look him in the eye when fighting him - and he can’t seem to look at you either. • you’re both paralleled in terms of combative skill, but he has the upper hand when using that f**king claymore of his. still, he doesn’t ever hurt you, no matter how hard he tries. he simply can’t bring himself to. once, a guild member dealt a heavy blow to your temple, and across the field you could see a boiling fury deep within his eyes, burning brighter than the flames of his vision. • your people were the ones who invented those damned delusions - the ones that killed his father when he was only a child. deep down, you felt angry. angry that you had to be linked to a tragic memory of his all because of the selfish actions of your kind. • you find him alone every once in a while, always in the quietest, most isolated of areas. he cries to himself; delicate tears that slide down the sides of his face. your heart shatters into a million little pieces every time you see him cry, and you want to hold him - so you do. you cradle him in your arms on the floor and wipe his tears away with gentle brushes and caresses, kissing him slowly and tenderly on the lips and cheeks until he stops crying and kisses you back, his hands on your face and yours in his hair. • you don’t know why you have this connection with him. it started accidentally, unwillingly. but there’s no denying that you love him. you want to keep him safe, but you don’t know how. both of you are indebted to your nations - to your archons - you don’t have a choice but to fight for your people and fulfil your duties as sons and daughters of mondstadt and snezhnaya. how long can the two of you go on like this? will this ever be enough for a happy ending?
a/n: i think i watch too many resident evil 2 remake clips because all these angsty ideas are coming to me in dreams and i suddenly feel the urge to write genshin versions of leon and ada 24/7. do not think this is healthy but i am in love with batcat-style romance and can never get enough of it
